Orange City Area Health System offers a variety of fitness and wellness opportunities in the community.

Our Aspire Therapy & Wellness Center located in downtown Orange City serves as both a Physical Therapy gym and a spacious, light-filled area for group exercise classes for a variety of ages and fitness levels/goals, taught by Amanda Keller, Joyce Feuerhelm, Angela Loutsch, and Lori Bloemendaal.
