Assistant Activity Manager - PRCC
The Assistant Activity Manager works with the Activity Manager in the planning and scheduling of resident activity programing. This involves seeking to learn the best ways to meet the individual needs of residents, whether through one-on-one, small group or large group. S/he strives to enable each resident to continue with activities s/he enjoyed prior to moving to PRCC. S/he works with the Manager to create a dynamic program that will also gently challenge and stretch residents to have experiences that would enhance their life, creating a safe, encouraging environment for that to occur.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Prairie Ridge Care Center

The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Cook prepares meals for residents, staff and visitors.
Hospital RN
The Hospital RN delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. He/she is required to carry out all general staff duties in acute care.
Marketing & Communications Specialist
The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities for Orange City Area Health System. This role focuses on implementing the marketing plan, managing media relationships, and producing high-quality content across digital, print, and traditional channels. Working closely with and reporting to the Director of Foundation & Community Relations, this position translates high-level strategy into consistent, timely, and effective marketing and communications that support the hospital’s mission, service lines, foundation initiatives, and community presence. This role requires strong independence, initiative, and attention to detail in execution.
Optometrist
The Optometrist provides vision evaluations and assesses visual acuity and overall eye health. Diagnoses and treats various eye conditions, diseases, and injuries. Prescribes corrective lenses or medications as needed and provides pre- and post-operative care for patients. Promotes healthy vision by counseling and educating patients. He/she adheres to the mission, vision and values of the Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance.
Physical Therapist Assistant
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is involved in comprehensive treatment of patients in accordance with state practice acts and rules. The PTA will organize and assist the physical therapists with programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury.
PM Grill Cook
The PM Grill Cook prepares grill items for hospital patients, staff and guests. He/she assists the cook as needed, washes dishes, cleans the kitchen, cafeteria and dining areas of the hospital.
Preauthorization/Referral Clinic Nurse
The Preauthorization and Referral Nurse is responsible for reviewing, processing, and coordinating prior authorization and referral requests for medical services, procedures, and medications. This role ensures compliance with payor guidelines and promotes timely, cost-effective, and quality patient care. The Clinic Nurse would be orientated to work in the Medical Clinic and/or Specialty Clinic in other job roles.
Registered Dietitian
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for nutrition related services in the areas of inpatient care, outpatient services, wound care, weight loss clinics, and clinic patients diagnosed with gestation diabetes and Type I and II diabetes. He/she provides appropriate nutrition education to patients and performs quality assessments and evaluations of nutritional programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Resident Associate
Come be part of a dynamic team, enriching the lives of our seniors. A wonderful opportunity to make a difference on a daily basis! The Resident Associate cleans, assists residents with minimum personal cares, and serves meals in the dining room. He/she also assists with recreational activities. Must complete a medication course and training. Must be age 18 or older.
