AM Grill Cook
The AM Grill Cook prepares grill items for hospital patients, staff and guests. He/she assists the cook as needed, washes dishes, cleans the kitchen, cafeteria and dining areas of the hospital.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Hospital

Clinic RN or LPN
The Medical Clinic Nurse is responsible for patient care, assisting in patient teaching, and acting as a link between patients and medical providers. They receive a high volume of phone calls daily and work closely with primary care physicians to meet patients' needs. The Clinic Nurse works in either the Medical or Specialty Clinic and must be flexible, professional, and a good communicator. They also participate in general nursing issues like immunization updates and infection control.
Cook
The Cook is responsible for preparing meals for patients, staff, visitors, and special events and meetings. They will prepare food in the kitchen and cafeteria grill area. As the AM Cook, they will be responsible for preparing grill items and food for the next day. The cook will also serve customers and assist with the cleanup. Additionally, they will receive cross-training for other dining services positions, including the grill and cook assist, at the hospital, Prairie Ridge, and Landsmeer Ridge.
Cottage Leader/Infection Preventionist (RN) - Prairie Ridge Care Center
The leader of Prairie Ridge Cottage is responsible for overseeing the nursing services and resident care in Sunrise Cottage. This includes completing MDSs and Care Plans, assisting with daily staffing in the cottage, and serving as the Infection Preventionist at Prairie Ridge Care Center. As Infection Preventionist, they are responsible for preventing healthcare-associated infections by managing the facility's infection prevention activities.
Director of Finance
The Director of Finance manages all financial, accounting, and budgeting functions and oversees the preparation and maintenance of all fiscal records and systems. Additionally, they supervise all the activities of the Business Office, Materials Management, Health Information, and the retail and inpatient pharmacies. The Director of Finance must adhere to the mission, vision, and values of the Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and presents financials to the Board of Trustees at monthly meetings. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of accounting procedures and a general understanding of all functions within the business office.
EMT/Ambulance Driver
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is a trained healthcare professional who specializes in providing immediate medical attention and care to patients in emergency situations. They play a crucial role in the pre-hospital setting and during inter-facility transfers, following strict Orange City Area Health System Ambulance protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. Environmental Services Associate
Responsibilities include cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, buffing floors, and washing windows. Ideal candidate should be reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have good interpersonal skills.
Maintenance Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanic oversees building maintenance and repair, including HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, and preventive maintenance. They must have broad technical skills, knowledge of safety regulations, and excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Mill Creek Clinic Manager
