The AM Cook/Grill Assist works with the cook to set up meal trays for patients. He/she delivers patient trays and is involved in clean up. The Cook Assistant has responsibility for washing dishes, operating the dish machine, and doing assigned cleaning. He/she puts away dishes, stocks items, and helps in the cafeteria. May cross-train as a cook.

Environmental Services Supervisor - PRCC

The Environmental Services Supervisor assumes responsibility for overall cleaning of patient/resident rooms, work areas and public areas according to standards of the health system. He/she is responsible for overall laundry sorting and distribution. This role is responsible for Prairie Ridge Care Center. Successful completion of the work on a regular basis will result in a clean, safe and attractive facility, which is conducive to the recovery of ill patients/residents and contributes positively to staff morale and the public relations of the health system.

Optometrist

The Optometrist provides vision evaluations and assesses visual acuity and overall eye health. Diagnoses and treats various eye conditions, diseases, and injuries. Prescribes corrective lenses or medications as needed and provides pre- and post-operative care for patients. Promotes healthy vision by counseling and educating patients. He/she adheres to the mission, vision and values of the Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance.
