AM Cook Assist - Landsmeer
The Cook Assistant works with the cook and grill cook to set up meals for residents. He/she sets up salads and desserts for the day, takes orders from the residents and runs the cash register. He/she is involved in clean up. The Cook Assistant has responsibility for washing dishes, operating the dish machine, and doing assigned cleaning. He/she puts away dishes, stocks items, and helps in the cafeteria. May cross-train as a cook.
Bilingual Family Support Specialist (Community Health Parters)
The Bilingual Family Support & Community Resource Specialist provides family-centered health and support services, primarily through home visits, to families enrolled in the Healthy Families Program. This includes maternal health services, child development support, and connection to community resources. All responsibilities align with Community Health Partners’ (CHP) mission, vision, and values.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Hospital
The Nurse Assistant provides all aspects of personal care to patients in the hospital including bathing, hygiene, nutritional assistance, activities, rehabilitation assistance etc.
Dining Services Manager - Landsmeer
The Dining Services Manager will continue to live up to the high standards for food and service we require in our facilities! He/she will work with staff to serve Independent and Assisted residents delicious food, building weekly menus to reflect birthdays and special days. He/she will manage a highly skilled small staff and report to the Administrator and Lead Dining Services Manager. This position requires ordering of supplies, scheduling, development of production books and recipes, use of food service equipment, cooking and baking skills, as well as staff and resident relations.
EMT/Ambulance Driver
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is a trained healthcare professional who specializes in providing immediate medical attention and care to patients in emergency situations. They play a crucial role in the pre-hospital setting and during inter-facility transfers, following strict Orange City Area Health System Ambulance protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. With their extensive knowledge and skills, EMTs are capable of handling a wide range of emergency situations and delivering life-saving care to those in need.
Host/Hostess
The PRCC Host/Hostess sets a welcoming atmosphere in their assigned cottage by serving meals, attending to cleaning tasks, and spending time with residents. They must have excellent interpersonal skills, be patient with older people, work independently, and be a team player.
Housekeeper
Responsibilities include cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, buffing floors, and washing windows. Ideal candidate should be reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have good interpersonal skills.
Occupational Health Supervisor
The Occupational Health Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who is the go-to person in the Occupational Health department and assists with day-to-day duties related to employee health, wellness, and worker’s compensation. He/she provides case management for work related injuries and interacts with claims adjusters from the OCAHS work comp carrier. He/she also coordinates occupational health services to area businesses and works with OCAHS leadership to determine services to provide to the community and external organizations. He/she keeps accurate records and exhibits excellent customer service and communication to employees, visitors, physicians, and external customers; He/she adheres to the mission, vision and values of Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance.
Occupational Therapist
The Occupational Therapist organizes and conducts occupational therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury; helps patients reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. This is a rural generalist position with an emphasis in pediatrics, but will include, acute and skilled care level patients, outpatients, home health patients, and nursing home patients. You will work with other OTs in the department to ensure all patients are given high value care.
Optometrist
The Optometrist provides vision evaluations and assesses visual acuity and overall eye health. Diagnoses and treats various eye conditions, diseases, and injuries. Prescribes corrective lenses or medications as needed and provides pre- and post-operative care for patients. Promotes healthy vision by counseling and educating patients. He/she adheres to the mission, vision and values of the Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance.
Paramedic or Paramedic/RN
The Paramedic or Hospital RN/Paramedic provides direct patient care to patients requiring emergency treatment and transport, in the out of hospital setting and during inter-facility transports. He/she is an active member of the OCAHS ambulance team. The RN delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. He/she is required to carry out all general staff duties in acute care.

The Landsmeer Cook prepares meals for residents, staff and visitors. He/she serves customers and is involved in clean up. The Cook has responsibility for cleanup of cooking areas & items, operating the dish machine as needed, doing assigned cleaning and mopping as needed. He/she puts away dishes, stocks items, helps in the dining room as needed. He/she sets up, delivers, and cleans up for special dining events.
