Prequalification Required – OCAHS Surgical Department Remodel

W. A. Klinger, L.L.C. is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the upcoming Orange City Area Health System Surgical Department Remodel. As this is a public project, all subcontractors must complete a prequalification form to be eligible to bid.

Only approved subcontractors will receive bid documents and be invited to submit proposals.

The form collects key qualifications, including:

Occupied healthcare construction experience
Safety record (EMR, OSHA history)
Bonding & insurance capacity
Workforce availability
Client references
