Sarah earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and Psychology through Buena Vista University. She completed her graduate degree in Master's in Social Work through Walden University. She is trained and utilizes treatment modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for adults and children, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Parent Child Interactive Therapy. She has experience serving as an adult outpatient therapist working with both adolescents and adults with grief/loss/bereavement, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, relationship concerns, misconduct, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Sarah sees patients at our Downtown Campus every monday.
