What is Home Health?

Home health services allow you to receive professional health care in the comfort of your own home. Whether it’s follow-up care after a hospitalization, supportive care to enhance independence, or care to help manage a chronic disease, our team of skilled professionals is pleased to provide you with services in the comfort of your home.

Home Health Services

Our goal is to restore you to optimal health and help you achieve the highest level of independence in your home. We are committed to bringing home health care and supportive services to people of all ages.

Orange City Home Health offers nursing, aide and social work services, as well as physical, speech and occupational therapy. Other services include homemaker, respite, chore and Lifeline. A nurse is on-call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, and we provide services within a 30-mile radius of Orange City.

Efficient and economical healthcare services are available to help you recover faster in the comfort of your own home. Our skilled nurses work under your doctor's guidance to direct and plan your care. They provide various services such as assessing vitals, wound care, catheter changes, medication management, and more. Our skilled nurses will also instruct you and your family on the care required between nursing visits. We also offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy to aid in rehabilitation and improve safety and independence.

Emergency responders are summoned with a simple push of a button, offering peace-of-mind that a helpful voice will be on the line when a health emergency is occurring.

Falls are the leading cause of injuries for older Americans. Even if no injury occurs, quality of life can be heavily impacted if a person is unable to summon for help in a timely manner. Our medical alert systems help people regain confidence and independence in the home.
