Mill Creek Receptionist
The Mill Creek Clinic Receptionist greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments, takes messages and transfers calls, checks patients in and out, verifying and updating patient and insurance information. The Receptionist collects copays, assist patients with filling out and/or signing forms, makes appointment reminder calls, faxes and copies documents as needed. He/she performs other general office duties and works as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to patients.

Knowledge & Responsibilities:

Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Customer Service and computer experience required.
Job Schedule:
Monday and Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, fill in as needed.
