Dining Services Manager - Landsmeer
The Dining Services Manager will continue to live up to the high standards for food and service we require in our facilities! He/she will work with staff to serve Independent and Assisted residents delicious food, building weekly menus to reflect birthdays and special days. He/she will manage a highly skilled small staff and report to the Administrator and Lead Dining Services Manager. This position requires ordering of supplies, scheduling, development of production books and recipes, use of food service equipment, cooking and baking skills, as well as staff and resident relations.

Education Requirements:
High School diploma.
Experience Requirements:
Two years' experience in food service in a health care setting and demonstrated competence. Will be required to take the Servsafe course upon hire, or show current documentation of completion. Will be required to take the Dietary Manager Course (approximately one year) upon hire, or show current documentation of completion.
Job Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm. He/she will fill in positions as needed and as available at Landsmeer, the hospital, or PRCC.
