AM Cook Assist - Landsmeer
The Cook Assistant works with the cook and grill cook to set up meals for residents. He/she sets up salads and desserts for the day, takes orders from the residents and runs the cash register. He/she is involved in clean up. The Cook Assistant has responsibility for washing dishes, operating the dish machine, and doing assigned cleaning. He/she puts away dishes, stocks items, and helps in the cafeteria. May cross-train as a cook.

Education Requirements:
Must be at least age 16. They must take a modified diet and sanitation course provided through the dietary department.
Job Schedule:
Casual: 0-15 hours/week. 6:00 am – 2:00 pm every other weekend and holiday and fill-in as needed. May cross-train to other shifts.
