Prep Cook - PRCC
The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Prep Cook prepares supper meals for residents, staff and visitors. This person is also our baker, making desserts and salads for the next day. The shift includes some cleaning duties, and supervising Servers as they work with them.

Education Requirements:
A high school diploma is desired. They must take a modified diet and sanitation course provided through the dining services department.
Job Schedule:
Casual: 0-15 hours/week. 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, every other weekend and holiday. Fill in for co-workers as appropriate.
