AM Grill Cook - Hospital
The AM Grill Cook prepares grill items for hospital patients, staff and guests. He/she assists the cook as needed, washes dishes, cleans the kitchen, cafeteria and dining areas of the hospital.

Education Requirements:
A high school diploma is desired. They must take a modified diet and sanitation course provided through the dietary department. He/she must take Modified Diet and Sanitation self study courses within 3 months of hire. Must be able to read and understand directions and work independently. Previous grill experience desirable.
Job Schedule:
Varies throughout the week and includes every other weekend morning and holiday. Shifts are:
5:45 am - 1:45 pm
6:00am - 2:00 pm
11:00 am - 7:00 pm
