PM Cook - Hospital
The PM Cook prepares meals for patients, staff, visitors, and for special events/meetings. The Cook will do food preparation in the kitchen and/or cafeteria grill area. As the PM Cook she/he prepares grill items and does food preparation for the next day. The Cook serves customers and is involved in clean up.

Education Requirements:
A high school diploma is desired. They must take a modified diet and sanitation course provided through the dietary department.
Job Schedule:
Casual: 0-15 hours/week. Every 3rd weekend & holiday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Pick up shifts as needed during the week, 4:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
