The Behavioral Therapist (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT) or Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive behavioral and psychiatric health services to adult and pediatric patients in the clinic, hospital and/or emergency department as a behavioral health provider.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Prairie Ridge Care Center

Clinic Triage RN or LPN
The Medical Clinic Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. She/he assists in patient teaching and is a link between the medical provider and patients. The Clinic Nurse responds to a high volume of phone calls each day, in addition to meeting the needs of the patients with scheduled appointments working directly with a primary care physician. He/she will work to schedule clinic appointments and outpatient procedures. He/she will work closely with insurance companies to approve medications and/or outpatient procedures.
Cook
The Cook prepares meals for patients, staff, visitors, and for special events/meetings. This person will be considered a floater, learning and working multiple positions, filling in open shifts as needed. This person will be trained for the following shifts: AM Assist, AM Cook, PM Cook. This person may train for more shifts as time goes on. Although there is no set weekend, this person will be expected to fill in occasionally on a weekend and work shifts as needed during the week.

The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Cook prepares meals for residents, staff and visitors.
EMT/Ambulance Driver
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is a trained healthcare professional who specializes in providing immediate medical attention and care to patients in emergency situations. They play a crucial role in the pre-hospital setting and during inter-facility transfers, following strict Orange City Area Health System Ambulance protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. With their extensive knowledge and skills, EMTs are capable of handling a wide range of emergency situations and delivering life-saving care to those in need.
Hospital RN
The Hospital RN delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. He/she is required to carry out all general staff duties in acute care.
Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician oversees building maintenance and repair, including HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, and preventive maintenance. They must have broad technical skills, knowledge of safety regulations, and excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Optometrist
The Optometrist provides vision evaluations and assesses visual acuity and overall eye health. Diagnoses and treats various eye conditions, diseases, and injuries. Prescribes corrective lenses or medications as needed and provides pre- and post-operative care for patients. Promotes healthy vision by counseling and educating patients. He/she adheres to the mission, vision and values of the Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance.
Registered Dietitian
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for nutrition related services in the areas of inpatient care, outpatient services, wound care, weight loss clinics, and clinic patients diagnosed with gestation diabetes and Type I and II diabetes. He/she provides appropriate nutrition education to patients and performs quality assessments and evaluations of nutritional programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Resident Associate
Come be part of a dynamic team, enriching the lives of our seniors. A wonderful opportunity to make a difference on a daily basis! The Resident Associate cleans, assists residents with minimum personal cares, and serves meals in the dining room. He/she also assists with recreational activities.
