Care Coordinator - Hospital
The Care Coordinator is responsible for the appropriate use of inpatient services, through evaluation of admissions, use of ancillary services, and/or length of hospital stay. He/she will be responsible for assessing, coordinating, and implementing the discharge needs of the hospitalized patient.

EMT/Ambulance Driver
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is a trained healthcare professional who specializes in providing immediate medical attention and care to patients in emergency situations. They play a crucial role in the pre-hospital setting and during inter-facility transfers, following strict Orange City Area Health System Ambulance protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. With their extensive knowledge and skills, EMTs are capable of handling a wide range of emergency situations and delivering life-saving care to those in need.
Groundskeeper
The Groundskeeper is responsible for mowing, landscaping, snow removal, and caring for the exterior grounds of all Orange City Area Health System facilities. He/she will be involved with interior cleaning and projects as assigned.
Home Health & Hospice Aide or LPN
Home Health & Hospice Aide/LPN provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, exercising, toileting, and supportive care. They also prepare meals, do light housekeeping, and offer respite care. Aides aim to make a positive difference in the lives of all ages, from children to the elderly. Previous CNA or caregiving experience preferred. Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license for a 30-mile radius of Orange City.
Hospital RN
The Hospital RN delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. He/she is required to carry out all general staff duties in acute care.
Housekeeper
Responsibilities include cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, buffing floors, and washing windows. Ideal candidate should be reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have good interpersonal skills.
Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician oversees building maintenance and repair, including HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, and preventive maintenance. They must have broad technical skills, knowledge of safety regulations, and excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Maternal Child Medicine RN Instructor
The Maternal Child Medicine RN Instructor is responsible for teaching and coordinating Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and Childbirth Education classes for nursing staff. He/she develops curriculum and materials and provides feedback to students, while maintaining professional development in intrapartum, high-risk care, and FHM through continuing education.
Optometrist
The Optometrist provides vision evaluations and assesses visual acuity and overall eye health. Diagnoses and treats various eye conditions, diseases, and injuries. Prescribes corrective lenses or medications as needed and provides pre- and post-operative care for patients. Promotes healthy vision by counseling and educating patients. He/she adheres to the mission, vision and values of the Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance.
Registered Dietitian
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for nutrition related services in the areas of inpatient care, outpatient services, wound care, weight loss clinics, and clinic patients diagnosed with gestation diabetes and Type I and II diabetes. He/she provides appropriate nutrition education to patients and performs quality assessments and evaluations of nutritional programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Revenue Cycle Manager
The Revenue Cycle Manager functions as a manager of Business Office personnel and is responsible for identification and implementation of improvements within the revenue cycle to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and enhance patient satisfaction. He/she develops and fosters key peer-to-peer relationships across the Revenue Cycle with with various departments to ensure accurate documentation and charge capture.
