Clinic Nurse Manager
The Clinic Nurse Manager is the essential link between the physician and his/her patients, professional associates, and equipment and medical suppliers. He/she assists in the patient teaching activities and maintains the standards of a professional nurse. The Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible for leadership and management of the clinic nursing staff. He/she will provide day-to-day operational, technical and problem-solving leadership on administrative matters including, but not limited to: scheduling, customer service, preauthorization, billing/coding requirements, EMR functionality and utilization. Supervises nurses and clinical staff. Completes functions such as interviewing, employee relations, performance evaluations, discipline and terminations. Supports and participates in quality assurance and improvement.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience Requirements:
2-4 years managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
Job Schedule:
Monday –Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, Saturday morning rotation 8am-12pm; typically, 4 times annually.
