Dr. Meghan Grassel is a board-eligible family medicine physician who provides comprehensive, compassionate care for patients of all ages. She enjoys caring for the entire family—from newborns and children to adults and seniors—and has special interests in obstetrics, women's health, men's health, preventive care, and the management of chronic medical conditions. Raised on a farm in southeast South Dakota, Dr. Grassel developed an appreciation for rural communities and the importance of accessible, relationship-centered healthcare. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and partnering with them to achieve their health goals throughout every stage of life. Dr. Grassel earned her Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University before receiving her Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the Center for Family Medicine in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
