HOSPICE TREE OF REMEMBRANCE MEMORIALIZES LOVED ONES

hospice ornament 2013Personalized ornaments available from Orange City Home Health & Hospice

Each year, the Orange City Hospice Tree of Remembrance – located in the Orange City Area Health System front lobby – is adorned with personalized ornaments memorializing those served by Orange City Hospice and others who have passed away. The ornament this year is a metallic finish frame with a white satin ribbon. Each person’s name, birth year and death year is featured in the frame. Individuals who were under Orange City Hospice care between December 1, 2012 and November 30, 2013, are automatically included in this special Tree of Remembrance. The personalized ornaments are also available for anyone who wants to remember their loved ones this Christmas, and all the years to come. To order an ornament, contact Orange City Home Health & Hospice at 712-737-5279. They ask for a donation of $15 for each ornament ordered. A special Lighting Ceremony and service will be held on Wednesday, December 4 at 7pm in the health system lobby.
