Revenue Cycle Manager
The Revenue Cycle Manager functions as a manager of Business Office personnel and is responsible for identification and implementation of improvements within the revenue cycle to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and enhance patient satisfaction. He/she develops and fosters key peer-to-peer relationships across the Revenue Cycle with with various departments to ensure accurate documentation and charge capture. He/she adheres to the mission, vision, and values of the Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar certification preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in a rural or Critical Access Hospital setting, with strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing, CAH reimbursement methodologies, and rural health clinic billing.
Other:
Monday - Friday. 40 hours/week.
