Shannon and Carl Baas – and five-year-old Janissa – of Hawarden welcomed baby girl Teagan Anne on January 2. Teagan was the first baby born at Orange City Area Health System in 2019. We congratulate all the parents who have trusted us to help them grow their families this past year, and look forward to welcoming more precious lives in the New Year.
