Walk-In Clinic RN/LPN (Casual)
The Walk-In Clinic Nurse is responsible for patient assessments, triage, and coordination of care. Collaborates with the provider to plan, implement and evaluate care. The Walk-In Clinic Nurse responds to a high volume of walk-in patients and phone calls each day. She/he will be responsible for triaging walk-in patients, performing assessments, performing limited laboratory testing and carrying out various treatments plans ordered by the provider. Clinic RN/LPN (Full-time)
The Medical Clinic Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The Clinic Nurse will give routine immunizations, respond to high volume of phone calls and patient appointments. He/she will provide care coordination for clinic patients as in setting up referrals, give immunizations, ordering labs, xray, outpatient procedures. Maintenance Mechanic (Full-time)
The Maintenance Technician duties include all aspects of building maintenance and repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and preventive maintenance. Host/Hostess - PRCC (Part-time or Casual)
The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Host/Hostess is largely responsible for setting the welcoming, home like atmosphere in the cottage to which she/he is assigned. She/he sets tables, greets residents coming to the dining room, serves the meals, clears tables, runs the dish machine in the cottage, attends to assigned cleaning tasks, does scheduled activities with residents, serves snack times for residents, staff and visitors, and in general watches over and spends time with residents making the cottage a home. Environmental Services Associate (Casual)
The Environmental Services Associate performs general housekeeping duties which include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing and buffing floors, carpet care, washing windows and other housekeeping related duties. Medical Clinic Nurse/Mill Creek Lab (Part-time)
The Medical Clinic Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. She/he assists in patient teaching and is a link between the medical provider and patients. The Clinic Nurse is responsible for obtaining blood, preparing the lab sample to be transferred to Orange City. The nurse will also be performing certain lab tests while working in Mill Creek. In addition to meeting the needs of the lab patients, the nurse will be assisting other nurses and providers in the clinic with patients that are seen in the clinic. Occupational Therapist (Full-time)
The Occupational Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury; helps patients reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. This position will primarily serve our pediatric patient population with developmental disabilities, sensory integration disorders, and orthopedic concerns, and provide care for our general outpatient, inpatient, and home health caseload. EMT/Ambulance Driver (Casual)
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) provides patient care in the pre-hospital setting and during inter-facility transfers, according to Orange City Area Health System Ambulance protocols. The EMT will work as a team member with other EMTs and Paramedics. Click here for more information.

The Medical Clinic Receptionist greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages, enters and verifies patient information. The Home Health & Hospice Aide makes a difference in the lives of others by providing compassionate personal care to those we serve in home health & hospice. Cook - PRCC (Full-time or Part-time)
The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Cook prepares meals for residents, staff and visitors. He/she serves customers and is involved in clean up. The Cook has responsibility for delivering food to the various cottages of PRCC, cleanup of cooking areas & items, operating the dish machine as needed, doing assigned cleaning and mopping as needed. He/she puts away dishes, stocks items, and services the Sidewalk Café window as needed. He/she sets up, delivers, and cleans up for special dining events. All cooks work all three shifts. RN - PRCC (Casual)
Join a long term care facility that where the overriding concept is that PRCC is a HOME – and that means that the care and activities are resident-centered. The RN acts as a team leader in our Cottages. He/She administers meds/ treatments and supervises and directs care for approximately 24-48 residents. We are a team that is committed to assisting our residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. We also encourage the staff to join with the residents in the many activities we have.
