ER/Hospital Receptionist (Part-time)

The Receptionist is responsible for answering the phone, registering patients, and conducting basic office duties such as copying, typing, assembling and other duties as assigned.  This receptionist is located in the ER reception area and works closely with the ER staff and main nurses’ station.  Confidentiality, professionalism and a high level of customer service is required. Hospital Staff RN (Full-time)

The RN delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.  He/she is required to carry out all general staff duties in acute care. Click here for more information.


Medical Clinic Receptionist (Casual)

The Medical Clinic Receptionist greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages, enters and verifies patient information.  The Receptionist will work as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patients.  Other general office duties are also required. Business Center Receptionist (Part-time)

Receives and directs guests in person and on the phone.  Provides clerical support to Senior Management and Administration as needed.  He/she is responsible for sorting, distributing, and processing system mail and scheduling meeting rooms for the main campus and downtown campus.  He/she is also involved in word processing, copying and other office duties.  The Receptionist also supports Human Resources and Administration functions with special projects and duties as needed. Clinic Services Supervisor (Full-time)

The Clinic Services Supervisor oversees the operations of Northwest Surgery and the Pain Management Clinic, under the guidance of the Clinic Director. She/he is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The individual will provide day to day operational, technical and problem solving leadership on administrative matters including, but not limited to: patient flow, office operations, customer service, health insurance, preauthorization, billing/coding requirements, and EMR functionality, training and utilization. Supervises the clinical staff and practice operations including scheduling, work flow, service delivery and employee performance. They will assist the Director of Clinic Services with special projects and physician payroll.

Insurance Credentialing Representative (Full-time)

Responsible for ensuring the timely enrollment of new providers with payors, as well as new facility sites, and handling on-going maintenance and re-credentialing. Follow up with payors to obtain effective dates, status updates and identification numbers for billing purposes.  Applies for and/or provides assistance with the application process for individual practitioner(s) and/or facility national provider number (NPI).  Performs account follow up on enrollment related denials and takes necessary actions for account resolution.  Understands edits and procedures to effectively submit and/or correct errors on claims via EPIC work queues.  Works as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to patients seeking information on their accounts. Establishes and maintains productive working relationships inside and outside of the business center to facilitate a centralized process for resolution of payment denials or delays in reimbursement. Environmental Services Associate – Evening Shift (Full-time and Part-time)

The Environmental Services Associate will also perform general housekeeping duties, which  include but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing and buffing floors, carpet care, washing windows and other housekeeping related duties. Click here for more information.


Nursing Assistant - Hospital (Part-time and Casual)

The Nurse Assistant provides all aspects of personal care to patients in the hospital including bathing, hygiene, nutritional assistance, activities, rehabilitation assistance etc. Click here for more information.


RN or LPN - PRCC (Casual)

Join a long term care facility that where the overriding concept is that PRCC is a HOME – and that means that the care and activities are resident-centered. The RN acts as a team leader in our Cottages.  He/She administers meds/ treatments and supervises and directs care for approximately 24-48 residents.   We are a team that is committed to assisting our residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.  We also encourage the staff to join with the residents in the many activities we have.  We offer 12 hour shifts for our nurses.  Click here for more information.


ARNP – Wound Ostomy /Continence Nurse / Foot Care (Part-time)

ARNP with expertise and training in wound, ostomy and/or continence care, and foot care. This position requires the ARNP to be knowledgeable and skilled in consulting, following and/or developing care protocols for children and adults that require their services. Home Health & Hospice Aide (Part-time and Casual)

The Home Health & Hospice Aide makes a difference in the lives of others by providing compassionate personal care to those we serve in home health & hospice. Duties will include: bathing, dressing, exercises, toileting, and other personal care as well as comfort and supportive care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and respite. Host/Hostess - PRCC (Part-time)

The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Host/Hostess is largely responsible for setting the welcoming, home like atmosphere in the cottage to which she/he is assigned. She/he sets tables, greets residents coming to the dining room, serves the meals, clears tables, runs the dish machine in the cottage, attends to assigned cleaning tasks,  does scheduled activities with residents, serves snack times for residents, staff and  visitors, and in general watches over and spends time with residents making the cottage a home.  Click here for more information.


Respiratory Therapist (Casual)

The Respiratory Therapist provides inpatient and outpatient respiratory treatment modalities.  This includes treadmills, respiratory treatments, pulmonary function tests, EKG’s, holter and event monitors.  He/she assists with emergent and routine care within the inpatient settings, OB and newborn, PACU, and med/surg. Surgical Technologist (Full-time or Part-time) $1500 Sign-On Bonus!

The Surgical Technologist is a member of the surgical team who works with other personnel in delivering quality care to the patient and assumes responsibilities pre-operatively, intra-operatively and post-operatively.  He/she demonstrates technical competence and knowledge of aseptic technique, operating room policies and procedures, equipment, and supplies and instruments used in the operating room.  He/she must possess well developed critical thinking skills and positive interpersonal relationships.  The tech utilizes appropriate age related patient care protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.  He/she adheres to the philosophy, mission and Core Values of Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance. EMT/Ambulance Driver (Casual)

Sr. Care Nurse Assistant - PRCC (Full-time, Part-time or Casual)

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides personal and supportive care to the residents to make this possible.   We are a team that is committed to assisting our residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.  PRCC is committed to providing consistent care for our residents which enriches the relationship between the CNA and resident.  We also encourage the CNA to join with the residents in the many activities we offer.  Completion of a 75 hour CNA course is required.  OCAHS will assist you in completing this course and will also pay for this course if you join our team.  This may be a great career for you with potential for advancement or it may be an opportunity to gain experience in the healthcare field while furthering your education.  We offer flexibility in the number of hours you work in a week and 5 or 7.5 hour shifts.
