Director of Quality (Full-time)

The Director of Quality functions as the Quality Coordinator and Infection Control Professional to plan, organize, develop, coordinate and direct the Infection Control, Quality, and Risk Management programs in accordance with current federal, state and local standard, guidelines and regulations that govern such functions for Orange City Area Health System (OCAHS). As the director of these programs, he/she may delegate the authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties.  Work assignments may be directed to committee work to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.  The Director of Quality functions as the Compliance Specialist and plans, develops, maintains and coordinates the Compliance Plan, policies, meetings and audits under the direction of the Compliance Officer.  This includes assurance of compliance with the OIG, CMS and HIPAA requirements.  He/she adheres to the mission, vision and values of Orange City Area Health System (OCAHS) in all aspects of job performance. Click here for more information.


Radiologic Technologist (Casual)

The Radiologic Technologist performs general radiographic procedures. He/she may be cross-trained in one or more additional modalities.  The exams will be performed in a professional and diagnostic manner under the direction of the Department Manager and Supervising Radiologist.  Previous experience in additional modalities is preferred, but not required. Cook - PRCC (Full-time)

The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Cook prepares meals for residents, staff and visitors. He/she serves customers and is involved in clean up.  The Cook has responsibility for delivering food to the various cottages of PRCC, cleanup of cooking areas & items, operating the dish machine as needed, doing assigned cleaning and mopping as needed.  He/she puts away dishes, stocks items, and services the Sidewalk Café window as needed.  He/she sets up, delivers, and cleans up for special dining events.   All cooks work all three shifts.  Please click here for more information.


Community Health Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

The Community Health Administrative Assistant is responsible for receptionist duties, and assists with all aspects of communication and public relations work, including answering the phones, greeting visitors, designing newsletters, mass emails, media releases, social media posts, and website updates. Hospital CNA (Part-time)

The Nurse Assistant provides all aspects of personal care to patients in the hospital including bathing, hygiene, nutritional assistance, activities, rehabilitation assistance etc.  Click here for more information.


Medical Clinic Nurse (Casual)

The Medical Clinic Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. She/he assists in patient teaching and is a link between the medical provider and patients.  The Clinic Nurse responds to a high volume of phone calls each day, in addition to meeting the needs of the patients with scheduled appointments. Home Health & Hospice CNA (Part-time and Casual)

The Home Health & Hospice Aide makes a difference in the lives of others by providing compassionate personal care to those we serve in home health & hospice. Duties will include: bathing, dressing, exercises, toileting, and other personal care as well as comfort and supportive care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and respite. Senior Care RN (Full-time)

The Prairie Ridge RN acts a team leader at Prairie Ridge Care Center. He/she administers med/treatments and supervises and directs care for approximately 24 – 48 residents.  The RN assesses resident needs, provides input to resident’s plan of care, and provides and documents resident care as identified on the plan of care.  Click here for more information.


Server/PM Assist - Landsmeer (Casual)

The Server/PM Assistant assists with meal set up by serving beverages. He/she serves the meal, clears the tables, and cleans the dining room.  He/she performs housekeeping and dishwashing duties. Click here for more information.


Resident Associate-Landsmeer (Casual)

The Resident Associate cleans apartments, does flat linen laundry and personal laundry, makes beds, and cleans common areas in the building. He/she assists residents with minimum personal cares, and serves meals in the dining room.  He/she also assists with recreational activities. Click here for more information.


EMT (Casual)

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) provides patient care in the pre-hospital setting and during inter-facility transfers, according to Orange City Area Health System Ambulance protocols. The EMT will work as a team member with other EMTs and Paramedics. Click here for more information.

Sr. Care Nurse Assistant - PRCC (Full-time, Part-time or Casual)
