Home Health & Hospice Office Assistant (Part-time)
The Office Assistant helps to create, maintain and update record keeping systems which support agency/office functions including: billing records, documents/clinical forms, correspondence, minutes and scheduling. Responsible for answering the phone, directing calls, scanning and faxing documents, assisting with required data collection and submission, intake of new referrals into the EMR and a wide variety of other tasks as needed. Medical Clinic Receptionist (Casual)
The Medical Clinic Receptionist greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages and verifies patient information. ER/Hospital Receptionist (Part-time)
The Receptionist is responsible for answering the phone, registering patients, and conducting basic office duties such as copying, typing, assembling and other duties as assigned. This receptionist is located in the ER reception area and works closely with the ER staff and main nurses’ station. Confidentiality, professionalism and a high level of customer service is required. Host/Hostess - PRCC (Part-time)
The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Host/Hostess is largely responsible for setting the welcoming, home like atmosphere in the cottage to which s/he is assigned. S/he sets tables, greets residents coming to the dining room, serves the meals, clears tables, runs the dish machine in the cottage, attends to assigned cleaning tasks, does scheduled activities with residents, serves snack times for residents, staff and visitors, and in general watches over and spends time with residents making the cottage a home. RN - PRCC (Full-time or Casual)
The Prairie Ridge RN acts a team leader at Prairie Ridge Care Center. He/she administers med/treatments and supervises and directs care for approximately 24 – 48 residents. The Home Health & Hospice Nurse works as a primary case manager for home health and hospice patients and families in their homes, nursing homes or inpatient facilities. He/she is responsible for providing assessment, interventions, evaluation of patient/family needs, care coordination and case management for his/her caseload of patients. Informatics Nurse (Part-time)
The Clinical Informatics Nurse is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Clinical Information Systems modules, supplemental support systems, and related training of clinical and medical staff. The nurse is responsible for educating users of the system and being the liaison between the clinical aspect of the system and the administrative and technical aspect. Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Laboratory Technician (Full-time or Part-time)
Performs a variety of clinical laboratory tests, procedures and related duties according to established standards and regulations for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Will work with self-discipline, good judgment, and considerable independence while following established standards of practice. Day-to-day duties include quality control, quality assurance, procedure and instrument maintenance. Must be proficient in assigned areas and willing to learn new technology. PM Cook/Cook Assistant - Landsmeer (Casual)
The PM Cook/Cook Assist assists the cook in preparing meals, salads, and desserts. The Cook/Cook Assistant also performs some grille cooking during the noon meal.
