Home Health & Hospice RN (Full-time, Part-time, or Casual)
The Home Health & Hospice Nurse works as a primary case manager for home health and hospice patients and families in their homes, nursing homes or inpatient facilities. He/she is responsible for providing assessment, interventions, evaluation of patient/family needs, care coordination and case management for his/her caseload of patients. Informatics Nurse (Part-time)
The Clinical Informatics Nurse is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Clinical Information Systems modules, supplemental support systems, and related training of clinical and medical staff. The nurse is responsible for educating users of the system and being the liaison between the clinical aspect of the system and the administrative and technical aspect. Cook - PRCC (Full-time)
The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Cook prepares meals for residents, staff and visitors. He/she serves customers and is involved in clean up. The Cook has responsibility for delivering food to the various cottages of PRCC, cleanup of cooking areas & items, operating the dish machine as needed, doing assigned cleaning and mopping as needed. He/she puts away dishes, stocks items, and services the Sidewalk Café window as needed. He/she sets up, delivers, and cleans up for special dining events. All cooks work all three shifts. Occupational Health Assistant (Part-time)
The Occupational Health Assistant assists the Occupational Health Services RN in the performance of his/her duties. He/she will greet clients at the desk and on the phone and perform receptionist duties. Responsibilities include organizational and clerical duties such as billing, maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, recordkeeping, and patient registration. Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Laboratory Technician (Full-time or Part-time)
Performs a variety of clinical laboratory tests, procedures and related duties according to established standards and regulations for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Will work with self-discipline, good judgment, and considerable independence while following established standards of practice. Day-to-day duties include quality control, quality assurance, procedure and instrument maintenance. Must be proficient in assigned areas and willing to learn new technology. Social Worker (Part-time)
Responsible for providing medical social services to patients in the hospital and also in their home. He/she serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team in providing assistance with social, emotional and economic concerns of the client and family, thus enabling them to achieve or maintain an optimal level of functioning. Server/PM Assist - Landsmeer (Casual)
The Server/PM Assistant assists with meal set up by serving beverages. He/she serves the meal, clears the tables, and cleans the dining room. He/she performs housekeeping and dishwashing duties. Click here for more information.

The PM Cook/Cook Assist assists the cook in preparing meals, salads, and desserts. The Cook/Cook Assistant also performs some grille cooking during the noon meal. The Receptionist greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages and verifies patient information. Home Health & Hospice CNA (Casual)
The Home Health & Hospice Aide makes a difference in the lives of others by providing compassionate personal care to those we serve in home health & hospice. Duties will include: bathing, dressing, exercises, toileting, and other personal care as well as comfort and supportive care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and respite.
