Medical Clinic Triage/Telephone Nurse (Part-time)
The Triage/Telephone Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. She/he must have excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, the ability to handle stressful situations, the ability handle multiple phone calls, the capacity to function independently, have varied clinical experience and the ability to document meticulously. The Triage/Telephone Nurse will address caller complaints/concerns, make follow up calls, book patient appointments, review and triage reports, and provide patient education. Radiologic Technologist/Ultrasound Tech (Casual - Temporary)
The Radiologic Technologist performs general radiographic procedures. The Ultrasound Technologist performs general and vascular ultrasound examinations as well as related clerical duties. The exams will be performed in a professional and diagnostic manner under the direction of the Department Manager and Supervising Radiologist. Home Health & Hospice Office Assistant (Full-time or Part-time)
The Office Assistant helps to create, maintain and update record keeping systems which support agency/office functions including: billing records, documents/clinical forms, correspondence, minutes and scheduling. Responsible for answering the phone, directing calls, scanning and faxing documents, assisting with required data collection and submission, intake of new referrals into the EMR and a wide variety of other tasks as needed. The Resident Associate cleans apartments, does flat linen laundry and personal laundry, makes beds, and cleans common areas in the building. The Home Health & Hospice Nurse works as a primary case manager for home health and hospice patients and families in their homes, nursing homes or inpatient facilities. He/she is responsible for providing assessment, interventions, evaluation of patient/family needs, care coordination and case management for his/her caseload of patients. Surgical Technologist (Full-time and Part-time)
The Surgical Technologist is a member of the surgical team who works with other personnel in delivering quality care to the patient and assumes responsibilities pre-operatively, intra-operatively and post-operatively. He/she demonstrates technical competence and knowledge of aseptic technique, operating room policies and procedures, equipment, and supplies and instruments used in the operating room. He/she must possess well developed critical thinking skills and positive interpersonal relationships. The Cook prepares meals, salads, and desserts and does some grille cooking during the noon meal. He/she sets tables, assists in serving meals and washes dishes. The Laboratory Assistant demonstrates clinical and technical competency in collection of specimens according to laboratory policy for hospital and clinic patients. He/she is responsible for processing specimens for the laboratory and placing test orders into the laboratory information system. He/she is responsible for specimen integrity for all referral testing. The Laboratory Assistant must be able to work with the growth and development needs of all ages of patients.
