The Manager of Landsmeer Ridge Retirement Community is responsible for the overall management of the retirement community, including compliance with regulations, community marketing, appropriate staffing, etc. He/she Promotes tenants’ self-direction and participation in decisions which incorporate independence, individuality, privacy and dignity. This position ensures staffing is appropriate to meet tenant needs and provides ongoing staff education and communication. Medical Clinic Nurse (Full-time)
The Medical Clinic Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. She/he assists in patient teaching and is a link between the medical provider and patients. The Clinic Nurse responds to a high volume of phone calls each day, in addition to meeting the needs of the patients with scheduled appointments working directly with a primary care physician. The Prairie Ridge Care Center (PRCC) Host/Hostess is largely responsible for setting the welcoming, home like atmosphere in the cottage to which she/he is assigned. She/he sets tables, greets residents coming to the dining room, serves the meals, clears tables, runs the dish machine in the cottage, attends to assigned cleaning tasks, does scheduled activities with residents, serves snack times for residents, staff and visitors, and in general watches over and spends time with residents making the cottage a home. Home Health & Hospice CNA (Full-time, Part-time or Casual)
The Home Health & Hospice Aide makes a difference in the lives of others by providing compassionate personal care to those we serve in home health & hospice. Duties will include: bathing, dressing, exercises, toileting, and other personal care as well as comfort and supportive care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and respite.
