Grow with Us: Career Opportunities

Consider a career at Orange City Area Health System!

Are you looking for a career where you can truly make a difference?

Consider becoming a Certified Nurse Assistant in senior care.

Our senior care mission is very important to our health system.

The role of CNA – or Certified Nurse Assistant – is incredibly important to our organization.

A CNA is a hero. Someone who dedicates his or her work life exclusively to providing dignity and comfort to those who deserve it most – our seniors.

We are passionate about the care we give our residents and their loved ones. Prairie Ridge Care Center is designed to be a HOME for our seniors. All of our staff…from housekeeping and food service, to activities and nursing care … commit to providing care centered around what the residents want and need.

There are three questions we ask our employees to consider as they work with each resident: What did he or she do before they came here? Do they still want to do it? If so, how can we make this happen?

If you are a person who wants to help achieve this for our seniors….if you are dependable and someone who is 100 percent committed … if you want to develop strong relationships in a work environment that has high expectations but also takes very good care of its staff… Prairie Ridge Care Center may be the place for you.

This video is an invitation to consider joining our team in providing a lifetime of care to our senior care residents as a CNA. Thank you for your interest in Orange City Area Health System … and our mission of providing a lifetime of care.
