Lab and Clinic Nurse

The Lab and Medical Clinic Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. She/he assists in patient teaching and is a link between the medical provider and patients. The Clinic Nurse responds to a high volume of phone calls each day, in addition to meeting the needs of the patients with scheduled appointments working directly with a primary care physician. The Clinic Nurse would be orientated to work in the Medical Clinic and Lab. Triage duties include but are not limited to working through patient questions and concerns then prioritize these concerns for the providers.
