Home Health & Hospice Manager
The Home Health & Hospice Nurse Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation, and day-to-day operations of the home health and hospice program to assure patient care is of top quality and complies with federal, state and local regulations. He/she will strive to ensure top quality patient care and have oversight of end-of-life transition, focused on compassion and dignity.

Education Requirements:
At least three years’ experience in home health and hospice required. Experience in health care management preferred.
Job Schedule:
Full time: 40 hours/week. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
