AM Salad Cook - Hospital
The Salad Cook prepares the salads, the salad bar & desserts for patients, staff and visitors. The Salad Cook is included in clean up and has responsibility for washing dishes, operating the dish machine, and doing assigned cleaning also. He/she puts away dishes, stocks items, and helps run the POS system in the cafeteria. Will also work as a Cook Asist, working with the Cook to set up and deliver meal trays for patients. He/she delivers patient trays and is involved in clean up.

Education Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age. They must take a modified diet and sanitation course provided through the dietary department.
Job Schedule:
Full-Time: 32-40 hours/week. 6:00am – 2:00pm during weekdays; every other Saturday & Sunday 6:00am – 11:00am. Will be trained to work other shifts as well.
