Northwest Surgery Clinic Nurse
The Northwest Surgery Clinic Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. She/he assists in patient teaching and is a link between the medical provider and patients. (Casual)

Radiologic Technologist
The Radiologic Technologist performs general radiographic procedures. He/she may be cross-trained in one or more additional modalities. The exams will be performed in a professional and diagnostic manner under the direction of the Department Manager and Supervising Radiologist. Previous experience in radiography, mammography, and/or CT is preferred, but not required.

Cook - Landsmeer
The Cook prepares meals, salads, and desserts and does some grille cooking during the noon meal. He/she sets tables, assists in serving meals and washes dishes.

Occupational Health Services RN
The Occupational Health Services Registered Nurse coordinates occupational health services to industries, coordinates hospital based health promotion in industry, carries out the employee health program of Orange City Area Health System, provides case management for work related injuries being treated by Orange City Family Practice Physicians, and other duties as the program demands. He/she exhibits excellent customer/guest relations to patients, visitors, physicians, co-workers; shows courtesy, compassion and respect; abides by organizational policies and procedures, and adheres to the mission of Orange City Area Health System. Surgical Services Nurse Manager
The Surgical Services Nurse Manager plans, directs, supervises and manages nursing activities in the delivery of quality, cost-effective patient care in Surgery, Central Supply, Scope Procedure Room, Same Day Surgery Unit and Recovery Room. He/she coordinates Surgery, Procedure Room, Central Supply, Same Day Surgery Unit and Recovery Room activities and programs with other hospital services and involved physicians. He/she assumes 24οΎ° clinical and management responsibility for these areas. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) -- general operations (patient care, staff, supplies/equipment); policies and procedures; Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance activities; member of Nursing Quality Improvement and Nurse Managers' Teams. Treatment Nurse
The Treatment Nurse works closely with the Charge Nurse at the Long Term Care (LTC) unit. She/he will be responsible for the specific health, safety and treatment needs of each resident. She/he will oversee the care giving work of the CNAs. (Part-time or Casual)

Home Health & Hospice Nurse Assistant
The Home Health & Hospice Nurse Assistant provides personal and supportive care to Home Health and Hospice clients. Duties will include personal care, light housekeeping, respite and companionship. He /she will serve all age ranges of clients from children to geriatrics. Types of clients will also vary from those with acute illness, chronic illness and disability to those with a life limiting illness. (Part-time and Casual)

Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for general housekeeping duties including dusting, window washing, cleaning rooms, mopping, vacuuming, and other duties. He/she also cleans and makes beds. (Casual)

Medical Technologist/Technician
The Medical Technologist /Technician performs various chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. He/she receives or obtains specimens for laboratory analysis. The Technologist/Technician applies techniques used in fields of bacteriology, hematology, serology, blood banking, and chemical and morphological examinations. He/she records and charts laboratory test results. The medical technologist is responsible for specimen processing, test performance and reporting of results. (Full-time)

The RN acts as team leader on the Senior Care units. Administers med/treatments. Supervises and directs care for approximately 25-50 residents. Assesses resident needs and provides input to resident's plan of care. Provides and documents resident care as identified on plan of care. (Casual)
