Cost: FREE to patients/customers of the Orange City Health System. Non-customer cost is Prepared Childbirth - $25; Refresher, Sibling, & Parenting - $5 each.
PREPARED CHILDBIRTH CLASSES - 2009
For expectant parents who have not taken childbirth classes. Instruction on labor and delivery, controlled breathing and relaxation techniques specific for labor and delivery. Includes tour of our Birth Center.

For anyone who has completed 5th grade
Date: Friday, May 29 or Monday, June 1 (two different sessions to choose from!)

Location: Conference Rooms; Orange City Area Health System - Main Campus; 1000 Lincoln Circle SE
Cost: $17.00 The class will include information on child development, first aid, fire safety and presentations by local professionals. Participants will also spend time learning about nutrition and will have a hands-on opportunity to make a healthy snack.
Each class size is limited to 25. Pre-register by calling the Education Department at 737.5260. Registrations must be received by Tuesday, May 26.
