Cost: FREE to patients/customers of the Orange City Health System. Non-customer cost is Prepared Childbirth - $25; Refresher, Sibling, & Parenting - $5 each.
PREPARED CHILDBIRTH CLASSES - 2008
For expectant parents who have not taken childbirth classes. Instruction on labor and delivery, controlled breathing and relaxation techniques specific for labor and delivery. Includes tour of our Birth Center.

For anyone who has completed 5th grade
Date: Monday, June 2 or Tuesday, June 3 (two different sessions from which to choose!)
Time: 9:00-3:30 p.m.
Cost: $17.00
Location: Conference Rooms - Orange City Area Health System, Main Campus; 1000 Lincoln Circle SE
The class will include information on child development, first aid, fire safety and presentations by local professionals. Participants will also spend time learning about nutrition and will have a hands-on opportunity to make a healthy snack.
Each class size is limited to 25.
Pre-registration is required by calling 737.5260 and registrations must be received by Thursday, May 29.
Please bring along a doll or bear. Noon lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided.
